Your rooms and designs

Account details, uploaded rooms, private room sessions and saved plans are stored in Lovable Cloud to provide your account and saved designs. Saving a room or plan does not publish it. Sharing a design is a separate action.

Contact & feedback

When you contact DifferView, your name, email address, subject and message are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Only DifferView admins can read them, to handle your enquiry and reply to you. Contact messages are not published or included in shared room designs.

Instagram link measurement

When a link tagged for our Instagram pack opens DifferView, we increment a daily count for that post. The report stores only the date, post label and total arrivals. It does not store IP addresses, account IDs, device identifiers, full referring URLs or individual visit histories. No tracking cookies, browser storage or advertising pixels are added for this measurement, and no visit data is sent to Instagram or Meta. Aggregate counts are stored in Lovable Cloud and visible only to DifferView admins.

This measures site arrivals, not Instagram impressions, unique people or purchases. Reloads may count again. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. To avoid this measurement, use https://differview.com without the Instagram campaign parameters, or enable those browser privacy signals.

Retailer links

Shop link clicks are recorded separately with the product, retailer, destination link, DifferView page and time. Retailer websites have their own privacy policies; a click does not confirm a purchase.
